Your face-to-face interview with us!

LANCASHIRE STAFF – OFFICE LOCATION…
We are located in Burnley town centre-: 27-29 Manchester Road, Burnley, B11 1HG
There is a main bus terminal and train station ALL within 3-5 minutes walk of us!
If you drive, the best car park to aim for is the William Thompson car park. The post code for this is BB11 2AE. The process will take just over an hour so please make sure you pay for enough parking (its only cheap)!
BEFORE YOUR INTERVIEW…
Please remember that you MUST complete your full application form on PrimePRO, the email that was sent to you contains the link to login, you MUST fill out your full work history (UK or otherwise) from high school until the present day, this is a legal requirement for all care providers in the UK
WHAT YOU MUST BRING WITH YOU…
- Your DBS Certificate paper copy (if you have a valid ‘update service’ one)
- Proof of address(utility bill or bank statement dated in the last 3 months)
- Proof of IDÂ (Passport or Driving License, Birth certificate too if you have it)
- If you have changed your name we will need documentation (Marriage, divorce, deed poll)
- Proof of National Insurance number (NI Cards are no longer accepted, we need a P60, P45, Gov Gateway letter or change of tax code letter please)
- Any visa documents/rights to work in the UK that are applicable to you
- Finally, you will need basic info  (dates/employers) since leaving school until the present day
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU COME IN…
We give you a warm welcome, make you a brew, finalise the bits of your application we need (photocopies of documents etc) then we have an informal interview where we ask you questions about your experience and likewise you can ask us about working with us, things like shift types, location, pay rates, amount of hours you want etc etc
Once the interview is finished and passed you will need to pay for your new enhanced DBS (unless you already have the paper certificate of an ‘adult & child workforce’ DBS that is on the £13 per year update service) the DBS cost through UCheck who we use is currently £52.20
Then we get to work on your file! issuing you your e-learning refresher, getting your references back etc etc then you are READY TO GO and we will do you 1 hour induction in the office at the end of which we will be giving you shifts immediately to work around your availability!
