As Lancashire’s best reviewed care agency we LOVE to reward our best staff, the ones that work tirelessly week in week out supporting vulnerable people to live as independently as possible, Catherine has worked for us full time for 2 years and she is not just a Senior Care Assistant but part of our work family, she visits the office to bring us little gifts in and we often have a bottle of baileys or a bunch of flowers delivered to her, she is a shining example of what we stand for!

I've used To Me To You Support for several months as my first call for an agency service, they have incredible staff. They all were very hard working and brilliant with the residents, it was as if we had hired members who had worked the business for months they fit in that well. The management / admin are also incredible, every request I asked they sorted promptly and sent very organised spreadsheets of the shifts I had requested. Couldn't recommend more.
I can honestly say I thoroughly enjoy working for To Me To You Support. I love the variety of places to work the different skills I am learning and putting into practice daily, making connections with a range of adults and children and meeting some fantastic staff. I genuinely enjoy getting up and going to work and the office team are fantastic always responding to messages, providing support whenever it's needed. Really happy to work here!
TMTYS have provided our home with familiar regular staff for over a year now. I find their communication very effective and they ensure they provide staff who know our service well. They are always at the other end of the phone and support us to skills match the staff to the people we support. Really reliable, approachable and a skilled agency.
